Sam's flat is situated on the first floor of a spacious Victorian terraced house, with gorgeous views looking out over the harbour, St Ives Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
The front lounge has a real flame effect gas fire and double bedsettee for additional use if required. It also has a built-in sleeping platform. There is access out onto a front balcony with views overlooking the town & harbour.
There are 2 double bedrooms; the back bedroom leads out onto a balcony and up to a tiered garden, ideal for b-b-qs and private sunbathing.

AMENITIES:
13 Park Avenue has an electric instant energy saving water heaters . Every room has wall radiators, and the lounge has a real flame affect hole-in-wall gas fire for additional heating. Gas & electricity are included in the rental during peak season only. Please refer to tariff for details.
There is a gas cooker & hob, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge with freezing compartment, TV & DVD player, CD player & radio and a Sony PS2.
All bed linen is provided during high season. Please bring your own towels.
The flat has a back balcony leading to a private tiered garden with washing line and a lawn, and plenty of room for children to play & sun bathing
There is limited on-street parking outside the house, however there is a car park approximately 100mts away.

Rental is weekly, starting on Saturday at 3pm . Short breaks may be available during low season.
No pets or smoking please.
