part of St Ives. It sleeps 4 in comfort and has parking facilities. |

| Our well equipped first floor maisonette is
a short walk from Porthmeor Beach, and stands in pretty gardens with
Cornish Palms. It offers a comfortable retreat for 4 people. The accommodation
comprises a luxurious double bedroom with mirrored built-in wardrobes
and views to the sea and a twin bedroom with hanging closet and views
over National Trust fields towards Clodgy Point. There is a modern
bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and bath with shower over. Downstairs
the kitchen has a fridge and freezer, gas hob with electric oven,
a microwave and washing-machine. The sunsets from here are spectacular.
The dining area and comfortable living room open onto the balcony,
where you can relax with a soothing drink, taking in views of Godrevy
Lighthouse and the beautiful coast as far as Trevose Head (on a clear
day!). The apartment is carpeted throughout and has central heating.
Linen and personal towels are provided, but please bring your own
beach towels. No smoking is allowed on the premises and we cannot
accommodate pets. Parking is not a problem as guests also have the
use of a small garage (6'h x 6'11"w). |

| St Ives, with its pretty cobbled streets, boasts
excellent restaurants, historical buildings, a cinema, theatres and
many galleries including, of course, the Hepworth Garden and Tate
St Ives. The St Ives School of Painting offers drop-in art classes.
Above all we have some of the best beaches in the country with golden
sands and wonderful surf. Rates are from £300 pw low season to £730
pw high season, changeover day is Saturday. |
