It has stunning views across the waters of the Carrick Roads into Falmouth harbour, and beyond to Goonhilly Downs, as well as up the River Fal Estuary towards Feock.
Close to the village of St Mawes which has shops, restaurants, banks and ferry to Falmouth. Approx. 50 minutes by road to The Eden Project, 30 minutes by ferry to the Falmouth Maritime Museum.
