Conditions
of Apartment Rental
1.
Provisional telephone bookings will be held for 3 days pending receipt
of a deposit of 20% of the total booking cost, together with a completed
booking form. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled
unless we are able to replace the booking. Written confirmation of the
booking will be sent to you on receipt of deposit. The balance of the
cost must be paid at least two weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
2. We recommend that holiday cancellation insurance is taken out, especially
if the booking is made well in advance of the holiday.
3. Apartments sleep two people only. This should be strictly adhered to
for insurance purposes unless previous agreement is arranged with the
owners.
4. Sub-letting of the apartment is not permitted.
5. Apartments are normally ready for occupation at 2.30 p.m. on day of
arrival. Tenants must vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
6. Accidents do happen. Please notify the owners of any breakages etc.
which occur. The owners reserve the right to charge for replacement or
repair.
7. The owners cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any person
or for the loss of or damage to any property or motor vehicle.
8. The apartment must be left clean and tidy, especially cookers and refrigerators.
