height French windows give extensive views of the Falmouth
waterfront towards Flushing, opening to a generous balcony
equipped with table and chairs
- Dining area with seating for 6.
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with double oven, gas hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron
and ironing board. All utensils, crockery and cutlery supplied.

| Regular FalLinks ferry services from Prince
of Wales’ Pier (5 mins stroll) to Flushing, St Mawes, Truro
and in the summer season, down to the Fal and Helford estuaries,
including Trelisk gardens. Local buses to all destinations from
just outside the apartment complex. Large number of shops and
restaurants located on the doorstep in and around Events Square,
or a short walk up the High Street. The unmissable National
Maritime Museum is located within the Events Square apartment
complex. Other highlights include: |
- Short drive to beaches, Swanpool lake, Pendennis Castle,
Leisure Centre, nature reserve and golf club. Easy access
to coastal walks and the delights of many of Cornwall’s
top gardens.
- Eden Project, lost gardens of Helligan and many other

part of England, famed for its climate and attractions.
- 10 minute walk to Falmouth Docks railway station, with

- Linens and towels provided.
- Advertised rates are from Saturday to Saturday, flexible
upon request.
- Bookings of 2 weeks or longer qualify for an intermediate
maid service and linen change.
- The apartment may be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
- A “Meet & Greet” service is available upon request and
with sufficient notice from Falmouth Docks station. Price
varies, payable in advance.
- Infant travel cot provided for use in Master bedroom but
please note that child safety devices are not fitted to
the stairs.
- 25% (non-refundable) deposit secures booking.
- £200 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable) is required
with the final balance 4 weeks prior to your stay.
- Unfortunately, the apartment is unsuitable for pets.
