Apartment One, 10 Porthminster Terrace is on the ground floor of a newly converted Victorian house, it is light and airy, has two double bedrooms (sleeping 4), coastal views, private parking and a private courtyard (a rarity in St Ives).
Apartment One is located in the quiet Porthminster area, easily reached by road and from both the bus and train stations. The apartment is a short 5-minute walk to the town centre, harbour front and surrounding beaches - a perfect base for exploring by foot or car St Ives and the surrounding area.

Availability and Booking
Booking Information
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with prices starting from £400 per week which include gas, electricity and bed linen. Hirers must provide their own towels. Weeks still available please check our calender. Special offer for May 2012!
Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from groups of single persons under the age of 30 years, or all male or female parties in excess of two. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

As you know we loved the apartment. I felt that it was finished to an exceptionally high standard. I loved the bright and airy feel and the fact that there were two lovely bathrooms.

The location was great, very quiet but still only a short walk from the harbour and my favourite restaurant the Portminster.

Many thanks we had a lovely time in St Ives. Your apartment was excellent. We were delighted to see that all rooms were spacious & decorated to a high standard. The location was also perfect as it was in a quiet street yet only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre. How you managed to arrange for 5 full days of blue skies I don't know!!

Thanks so much for a lovely apartment. We had a great holiday in a brilliant location with the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. We will definitely be recommending the apartment to all our friends and family.
