Welcome to 'No1' is a bouchique style bed and breakfast in St Ives, Cornwall. Our aim is to offer you a relaxed and comfortable setting.

No1 sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. All of our rooms are located on the first floor, two with distant sea views towards Godrevy lighthouse and beyond.

As you head out of the front door let your eyes lead you towards the ocean as we are just a short walk from the town centre with its unique style of shops, galleries, bars, pubs and some fabulous restaurants offering award winning food in exceptional locations, and let us not forget our superb Porthmeor, Porthminster, Porthgwidden and Harbour beaches.

We have travelled to some great places, and stayed in accommodation from the not so desirable to 7 star. We believe we know what makes a stay memorable, and after talking about it for a long time the opportunity came along to open our own bed and breakfast... this is No1.

We have totally renovated the house to a very high standard and offer you rooms with comfortable beds and crisp linen, en-suites with powerful showers and fluffy towels.

Our Breakfast

Food being as important as your accommodation, breakfast can be either in the breakfast room or out on the terrace weather permitting.

No1 breakfasts are made using locally sourced produce where possible.

St Ives has been voted as having some of the best beaches in the world and some great restaurants which sit right on the beach with fabulous views over soft yellow sands towards an ocean so blue.

Renowned for some great waves, suitable for experienced surfers or just raw beginners. You have a great place to holiday with other like-minded souls who enjoy beach life.

St Ives is fortunate to still have some original pubs which offer great entertainment at various times of the year, not forgetting the St Ives Music Festival in September which offers numerous famous visiting artists, to some great street busking, all lending to the wonderful appeal of St Ives.

Let us not forget the wonderful light which has to be seen to be believed and has brought many artists to the area.Visits to the famous Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Garden, and the Leach pottery are a must.

Meander along the tiny cobbled streets and you can also enjoy some unique shopping for art, pottery, jewellery, clothes and food amongst many more.

St Ives is not only a great place to stay, it's also a good base from which to visit other parts of Cornwall with easy access to all main roads.
